Cheltenham provides an excellent selection of shops – there are more than 600 here.
The main shopping areas are: The Beechwood Shopping Centre (eastside) in the heart of Cheltenham. Cheltenham High Street, which has the usual big names, and Montpellier (westside) – the bohemian quarter which has plenty of antiques, crafts and collectibles shops.
Keen shoppers can also try the Courtyard, with its two levels of shops around a sunken central piazza, and the Regent Arcade, which has more than 70 upmarket shops and five restaurants.
Suffolk Road (eastside) offers more than 40 shops.
