The Cheltenham Hospitality Association (CHA) is a local association representing hotels, guest houses and accommodation providers in the Cheltenham Area.

We encourage business and co-operation among owners and managers of accommodation providers, and maintain an active schedule of meeting and events to keep every one informed…

As Business Partners: to promote tourism and hospitality in the area. To report and share feedback concerning different aspects of tourism and visitor feedback, etc.

As a Local Network: to protect the interests of our members. To actively refer business between members and to share knowledge in order to protect members against fraudulent practices and scams. To promote best practice and make recommendations.

As Sponsors: to participate in local ventures that support charities, tourism and Cheltenham.

As Marketers: to promote joint venture marketing activities, and partner with local businesses to provide members and guests with preferential offers.

MEMBERSHIP

Membership of the CHA is open to all local accommodation providers who are preferably accredited with Visit Britain, the AA, or who have applied for membership of either scheme. We also welcome members who may not be accredited on a referral basis from existing members.

Membership of the Association costs just £100 per annum and offers the following member benefits:
